Your enquiry is received directly by Dr Cardinali's clinical team. We do not share your contact form or WhatsApp details with third-party marketers. We may share limited information with service providers that support our operations, such as our website hosting or appointment-scheduling tools, only to the extent needed for them to provide that service, and under confidentiality obligations.
Some of the tools we use to run this website (such as hosting or form-processing services) may store data on servers located outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider maintains an appropriate level of data protection, consistent with UAE PDPL requirements and, for our EU-based patients, GDPR-style safeguards for international transfers.
If your enquiry does not lead to a consultation or treatment, we keep your contact form details only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. If you become a patient, your medical records are retained as required by UAE medical record-keeping rules applicable to healthcare providers in Abu Dhabi.
